MOBILE INFORMATION & SMS PRIVACY
Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS consent data are used solely for the business purposes of the Law Offices of Kenneth F. Smith, PLLC (d/b/a SummonsPros). We do not share this information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, except where required by law.
Phone numbers collected are used to send and respond to SMS messages related to your inquiry, your matter, appointment scheduling, and account or case-status communications. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as needed to provide the messaging service itself (for example, our telecommunications carrier).
SMS registrant and consumer data are not sold, shared, or transferred to any external organization for marketing or any other purpose.
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of user data.

Matter information you provide, such as your summons number, a photograph of your summons, court dates, and other details relevant to your inquiry or case.
Payment information processed when you pay an invoice or fee (see Payments below).
Usage and technical data automatically collected when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and access times.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your matter;

PAYMENTS
Payments and invoices on the Site are processed through Squarespace Payments and its third-party payment processor (Stripe). When you make a payment, your payment-card and billing information is collected and processed directly by the payment processor under its own privacy policy and security standards. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems; we receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details necessary for billing and recordkeeping. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as website hosting, payment processing, and telecommunications), bound to use it only to provide those services;

ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site, and transmits this information to Google. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled where available.
