Personal Pink Summonses — $350 Flat
If you received a pink summons as an individual, our flat fee is $350 for Manhattan and Brooklyn summonses. Summonses in Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island carry an additional $150 appearance fee, and so do cases already in warrant status. If your court date is within 48 hours, a $100 expedited fee may apply. The fee covers resolving your summons by appearing in Court on your behalf. No hourly billing. Multiple appearances or trial incur additional charges.

Bench Warrants — Act Immediately
If you missed a court date and a bench warrant has been issued, contact us immediately. The court's official guidance says a warrant can only be vacated by a defendant's appearance before a judge. In practice, on summons cases, some judges will vacate the warrant with only your lawyer present, and some will insist on seeing you. If it's possible to get it done without you being there, we will get it done. Every day the warrant stays open is a day you are at risk of being detained during any police encounter.
